Welcome

Experimental Interventions LLC, founded by Justin Laing (pictured to the left or above, depending on the device), provides facilitation, strategy, and workshops informed by Black Radical Traditions: socialism, Black cultural and revolutionary nationalism, and Lukumi. We support people tired of the way the nonprofit sector demonstrates the insincerity of the settler capital class’s claims to want a more fair, just, and equitable world, and do not accept its exact opposite claim that nothing can be done but to go along with the program.

    The Pittsburgh Black Worker Center has worked with Justin Laing of Hillombo LLC to manage the process of updating our vision, mission and planning process. Hillombo was able to fully engage participants in complicated discussions to help clarify our mission and commitments. Justin Laing also conducted outreach and follow up (focus groups) with similar movement (stakeholder) organizations to help us develop an analysis (assessment) of the state of our movement (sector).
